None at all. We handle every part of the setup. You just tell us what you want help with and we take it from there. If you can send a text message, you can use your assistant.

Yes. Your assistant runs on an AI model like Claude or ChatGPT, which has its own small monthly subscription (typically $20 per month). We will help you choose the right one and walk you through setting it up. This is separate from our service fee.
Only the ones you approve. We go through everything with you before connecting anything, and you can revoke access at any time. Nothing gets linked without your explicit sign-off.
By default, your assistant will never take an irreversible action (like sending a message or making a purchase) without your approval first. You control how much independence it has. If you decide later that you trust it enough to act on its own for certain things, we can adjust that together.
Nothing is permanent. If something goes wrong, we can fix or undo it. We also fine-tune your assistant after launch based on your feedback. Early mistakes are a normal part of the process, not something to worry about. That's what the tuning period is for.
Most clients are up and running within a few weeks of completing the intake form, depending on the complexity of their setup. We move quickly once we know what you need.
Yes. Ongoing support is included. If something needs adjusting or you want to add a new capability, just reach out. We're not the kind of business that sets you up and disappears.
Not necessarily. We offer both a local setup (a small Mac Mini that sits in your home or office and runs your assistant around the clock) and a fully cloud-hosted option we manage remotely. We'll recommend what makes sense based on your situation.
