Your Path to a Running Assistant

Fill Out Our Short Intake Form
Takes about five minutes. You tell us what you'd like help with. No tech jargon required. We'll ask about your day-to-day tasks, your comfort level, and how hands-on you'd like to be.
We Review Your Submission
We go through your answers carefully. If it looks like a good fit, we'll reach out within one business day to accept and move forward. This step ensures we can genuinely help before either of us invests more time.
Discovery Call on Zoom
We schedule a Zoom call to talk through your needs in detail, answer any questions, and agree on how we'll work together, including meeting frequency and the best times to check in. Everything is done via screen share so you can see exactly what's happening.
We Build and Configure Your Assistant
We set everything up around your specific needs and connect only the accounts you've approved, walking you through each one over Zoom so nothing happens without your explicit sign-off.
You Try It. We Fine-Tune.
You use your assistant for real tasks and give us feedback. This is normal. Every setup gets a tuning period where we adjust the details until it works exactly the way you want it to.

Once you're happy, your assistant works quietly in the background. Ongoing support is included. If anything needs adjusting or you want to add a new capability, just reach out.
